We focus on Tier 1 strategies to start the year strong, including how to provide integrated instruction across academic, behavior (positive behavioral interventions and supports), and social and emotional well-being learning domains. We review procedures for teaching, reinforcing, and monitoring at Tier 1, using input from faculty and staff including treatment integrity (how well the plan is in place) and social validity (views about the plan’s goals, procedures, and outcomes).
